Special Night Sky Program – Three Island Crossing

Explore the night sky with Master Astronomer Chuck Schroll! Dr. Schroll serves as a volunteer for the National Park Service.

This will be a family and kid friendly program.

Participants are also encouraged to bring their own binoculars to view the night sky. Chuck will have telescopes!!

• Location- Three Island Crossing State Park-

Parking lot of Oregon Trail History and Education Center

• Program begins at 9:30pm each night (weather permitting)
• Program will last about an hour.   

Bring a chair, binoculars, if you have them and bug spray, just in case!

*There is no charge, but the Motor Vehicle Entrance Fee is still required.
