FREE Boating Safety Course – Nez Perce County

The Nez Perce County Sheriff’s Office will offer a free boating safety course on March 2nd from 8am-2pm.

Attendees will learn general information about boats and maintenance, information to make their boating experience safer, and tips on how to be a more courteous boat operator. Boaters will also learn about Idaho laws and regulations associated with owning and operating a boat and earn their Boater Safety Card.

FREE Boating Safety Course – Elmore County

The Elmore County Sheriff’s Office will offer a free boating safety course on the first and third Saturdays each month from March-July. All classes are from 9am-3pm.The courses will be held at the Elmore County Sheriff’s Marine Building. Attendees will learn general information about boats and maintenance, information to make their boating experience safer, and tips on how to be a more courteous boat operator. Boaters will also learn about Idaho laws and regulations associated with owning and operating a boat and earn their Boater Safety Card.
