IDPR Seeks Public Input on Rule Changes

IDPR wants your input on proposed changes to our rules governing the administration of parks and recreation areas and facilities. You can read the draft rule here. The rule change would update fee caps on camping and facilities, update definitions and standards, reduce the number of campsite types, create new fees for pets and cleaning, consolidate rules governing the winter recreational parking permit program, and incorporate edits for clarity and brevity consistent with the Red Tape Reduction Act.

 

We will hold public meetings at the following times and locations:

• July 9, 2019; 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm; 5657 Warm Springs Ave, Boise, Idaho
• July 16, 2019; 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm; 2885 Kathleen Ave, Suite 1, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho
• July 23, 2019; 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm; 4279 Commerce Circle, Suite B, Idaho Falls, Idaho
