Explore the night sky with Master Astronomer Chuck Schroll. Dr. Schroll will be giving an introductory program on viewing and identifying objects in the night sky that are visible to the naked eye. Visitors are encouraged to bring bug spray, binoculars, and a chair. Arrive by 7:30 pm to get comfortable.

Eagle Island State Park and Boise State University will be hosting the Mountain West XC Championships race for over 15 men's and women's XC teams. The disc golf course will be closed to the public for the duration of this event.
The NXR Northwest meet is a 7-state regional championship cross country meet for middle and high school-level athletes. The disc golf course will be closed to the public for the duration of this event.

This Saturday (November 18, 2023) the 2023 USAFT Region 13 Junior Olympic Cross Country Championships will be held at the Scott Group Area and surrounding trails. Previewing for the race will begin on Friday afternoon with racing starting at 9:30 on Saturday.
