Lewis and Clark: Food on the Journey at Hells Gate State Park

If you are going on an adventure into the wilderness, where few people have gone before, what do you bring to feed about 33 people? You are traveling by boats or horses, with no refrigeration and you do not know how long this journey will take. Come to this program to discover how Lewis and Clark prepared for their journey.
