Summer 2025
Forest Safety Project at Lionhead Campground is Underway
- A combination of rot, age, and insect infestation created hazardous conditions in trees around Lionhead Campground.
- IDPR and Idaho Department of Lands experts determined that many trees posed an immediate danger and have been removed.
- Sites 115-121 appear different due to the thinning of the trees, so please keep this in mind when booking.
