PARK UPDATE:
Spring 2025
- Ponderosa Campgrounds will open on May 22, 2025, for the camping season.
- Northwest Passage Campground now requires a reservation.
- Kokanee Cove Construction
– Construction has begun at the Kokanee Cove site and will continue throughout the Summer.
– Please stay out of this area until it reopens safely.
– Anticipated opening of this area will be in the spring of 2026. - Water Tower 2 Restoration
– Work will continue this summer in the Water Tower 2 restoration cut.
– Crews will remove grand fir trees 8″ and under and pile them for burning late this fall.
– Large slash piles will be burned this fall as well.
