PARK UPDATE:

Chatcolet Marina Closure – Begins May 9

Beginning May 9, the Chatcolet parking and boat launch will be closed to public access as the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation begins significant upgrades to the marina services at Heyburn State Park.

During construction:

  • The only boat launch access to Chatcolet Lake from Heyburn will be at Rocky Point Marina.

  • Trail of the Coeur d’Alene users are strongly encouraged to use trail access points outside of Heyburn State Park due to restricted parking.

The intent is to establish fair market values of each leased site.

This is used to determine the annual rent of these lots. The property is within Heyburn State Park, in Benewah County, Idaho. There are 166 sites, of which, 23 are float home sites, 55 are primary frontage home sites and 88 are secondary home sites.
