IDPR Seeks Public Input on Proposed Changes to Camping and Facility Fees

The Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation (IDPR) is proposing changes to its regulations on camping and facility fees. The changes include: defining different types of campsites, creating new fees for pets and cleaning, and raising the fee caps on camping, motor vehicle entry, and overnight cabin and cottage stays. The public may provide written comment on these changes or may attend one of three public meetings throughout the state. Meetings are scheduled for:

 

July 9, 2019; 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm; 5657 Warm Springs Ave, Boise, Idaho

July 16, 2019; 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm; 2885 Kathleen Ave, Suite 1, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho

July 23, 2019; 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm; 4279 Commerce Circle, Suite B, Idaho Falls, Idaho
