The 2023-2024 Be Outside, Idaho! Grant Cycle is Now Open

Be Outside, Idaho (BOI) announces the opening of the 2023-2024 grant cycle. Interested applicants should visit beoutsideidaho.gov for program information and application details.

Important Dates
Application deadline: October 13, 2023 (close of business).
Application can be found on the BeOutsideIdaho.gov website and should be submitted to idrecreationtourism@gmail.com.
Grant recipients will be notified November 1, 2023. Projects must be completed by May 1, 2024. Grant reports are due June 1, 2024. These reimbursement grants will be issued upon project completion and submission of the grant report, showing how the project met the grant requirements.

About Be Outside, Idaho!
Be Outside, Idaho! is a program that connects Idaho’s youth to the outdoors. Be Outside Idaho is a project of the Idaho Recreation and Tourism Initiative (IRTI). This coalition of state and federal agencies and non-profit organizations collaborate and share resources to encourage youth, their families, and schools to get outdoors, through projects that focus on outdoor recreation and natural resource education. The grants, funded by initiative partners, are awarded to Idaho schools, government entities and non-profit organizations that demonstrate support of the Be Outside, Idaho mission and meet the grant program criteria.
