Spring 2024 Update:
The Ashton Visitor Center will be open for the season on Monday, May 20th, 2024.
The trail is still snow-covered with sizeable drifts throughout making it inaccessible to foot/bike/horse traffic. Park staff does not recommend attempting to cross drifts as they pose a safety risk for post-holing in deep snow.
Please be advised that the Ashton-Tetonia Trail will experience significant construction during 2024-2025.
Keep off the trail when it’s muddy and do not approach wildlife. Thank you!
