Ordering Instructions:

These materials will be ordered twice a year during the fall and spring. Please ensure only one staff member submits this form for each park. Parks must place their order requests by Friday, October 9, 2026 to ensure bulk pricing. If you do not submit an order for this fall, your next order opportunity will be spring of 2027.

Because parks are responsible for the cost of these materials, every park will benefit from bulk pricing if all parks submit an order request.
