Three Island Crossing – Restroom Upgrades

Sealed proposals will be received by Department of Parks and Recreation, State of Idaho at, 5657 Warm Springs Avenue, Boise, ID 83716 until 2pm, local time, on Wednesday, October 23rd, 2024 for IDPR Project No. 330642, Upgrade Restrooms Old VC, Three Island Crossing State Park, Glenns Ferry, ID.

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: the renovation of the existing restrooms to the create one unisex ADA accessible restroom at the original Visitor Center at Three Island Crossing, Glenns Ferry, ID.

Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

A pre-bid conference will be held at the original Visitor Center, in Three Island Crossing State Park, Glenns Ferry, Idaho on Thursday, October 10, 2024, starting at 10am. Bidders are encouraged to attend.

A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.

Estimated Cost: $55,000
