  • Coeur d’Alene’s Old Mission State Park – The oldest standing building in Idaho and learn about the shared history of the Jesuit Priests and Coeur d’Alene Tribal members.
  • Trail of the Coeur d’Alenes – 73 mile, fully paved rail trail that winds along the Coeur d’Alene River, through scenic meadows, and around Lake Coeur d’Alene 
  • Heyburn State Park – Oldest state park in the Northwest that was once a Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) camp
  • Farragut State Park – Once the second largest naval training base in the world and the only inland naval base at the time (1940s), more than 290,000 soldiers were trained here (in just 4 years!)
