Who We Are
In addition to the staff at the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation, each Recreational Grant Program has an Advisory Committee which is a very important component of each grant program. Most committees are comprised of representatives from each of the state's six planning regions.
These committee members meet once annually to evaluate grant applications based on established criteria and make recommendations to the Idaho Park and Recreation Board for funding. Members attend the annual meeting of the Board when the funding decisions are made.
