Motorbike Recreation Account

This fund benefits off-highway motorcycle, all-terrain vehicle (ATV), and utility type verhicle(UTV) riders by providing facilities, trails and trail improvements statewide. The fund is generated from the registrations of motorcycles, ATVs and UTVs which are used off-highway.

The Motorbike Advisory Committee

The three motorbike/all-terrain/UTV representatives from the Off Road Motor Vehicle Advisory Committee make recommendations to the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation for final approval.

The Program in Brief

Purpose

To build and maintain off-highway vehicle facilities, such as trail reconstruction, signing and maintenance.

Funding is derived from Registration fees.

Who Can Apply

Government Agencies and Indian Tribes.

Grant Deadline

The last Friday in January each year.
