Park Yurts
The yurt is a circular, Mongolian-style domed tent 20 feet in diameter with a plywood floor, hardwood lattice sidewalls and a clear Plexiglas skylight. This fully insulated shelter is designed to withstand high winds, snow loads and summer heat. It has a framed-in lockable wood door and windows with screens and storm flaps. Covered entirely by waterproof canvas, the yurt is an aesthetically pleasing and comfortable place to stay, even in the dead of winter.
Ponderosa
The Ponderosa yurts are heated and furnished with beds to sleep up to six people. Food preparation is done on an open grill outside the yurts. Users should bring their own sleeping bags and cooking gear.

The yurts wihtin Ponderosa State Park are located inside the Aspen Loop of the Peninsula Campground. Pets are not allowed inside the yurts. Reserve online or call 1-866-634-3246.
Winter yurt users can enjoy 23 km of cross-country ski trails at Ponderosa. During the summer, the main attractions are wildlife and boating.
Winchester Lake
The Winchester yurts are heated and furnished with beds to sleep up to five people. Food preparation is done on an open grill outside the yurts. Users should bring their own sleeping bags and cooking gear. Pets are not allowed inside the yurts. Winchester Lake has 7 km of cross-country trails and ice skating and ice fishing are often available on the lake. Year-round, visitors can see wolves in a large enclosure just five minutes away. The Nez Perce National Historic Park museum is within half-an-hour.
Harriman
The Harriman Yurts are each equipped with two futon style bunk beds, wood stove, table and chairs, and propane appliances for light and cooking.

The Harriman yurts can sleep a maximum of six people. A reservation fee of $10.00 is required.
